Terms of Service

Last updated July 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of TaxesRadar ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What TaxesRadar is

TaxesRadar is a monitoring and guidance tool. It reads your sales data from connected platforms, aggregates it by jurisdiction, and alerts you as you approach or cross a tax-registration threshold. It provides general guidance on what to do next.

What TaxesRadar is not

Your account and connections

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for keeping your credentials secure. You should connect read-only, restricted API keys only. You can disconnect a platform or delete your account at any time.

Accuracy and no warranty

Thresholds, currency conversions, and guidance are provided on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete or out of date — tax rules change, and some jurisdictions have no canonical data source. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will catch every threshold or prevent every liability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxesRadar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax, penalty, or interest assessed against you. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
